Product Introduction:

YGM high pressure suspension mill is innovation and transformation of the overpressure milling equipment on the basis of Raymond mill. Comparing with other mills with the same power, the production capacity increases by 10-20%. Under the action of the high-pressure spring, the power of material grinding by the roller increases about 800-1200 kg.

Operating Principle:

1. Flour mill machine working process (the process of grinding material): the big block material is crushed by jaw crusher to required size. The elevator will send material to the storage hopper. Then vibrating feeder will feed material into main grinding room where the material can be grinded evenly, quantitatively and continuously. Powder after grinding, which is taken by airflow from blower, is separated by the analytical engine. Along with air flow, powder meeting to the fineness demands, is piped into the big cyclone collector to separate and collect. After discharging through the powder discharge valve, the powder is the finished product powder. Blowers indraught air flow from the return air duct at the top of the large cyclone collector. The airflow system of this machine is closed circulation, and is circulating in the condition of positive negative pressure.

2. For grinding material with certain water content in grinding room, the abrasive grinding heat cause indoor gas evaporation changed the gas flow rate, and the pipe joint is not sealed. Air is inhaled from the outside world, and circulating air volume increases. To achieve the balance of air, the machine takes the method of adjusting ductwork between host and the fan. Then redundant air is led to the bag-type dust remover and the fine powder is collected from the redundant air which is discharged after purified.
